Guppy's Aquarium

Sent me the wrong item, took the item back and didn't send me the item I ordered or a refund.

I called Guppy's Aquarium for some advice on purchasing a chiller for my shrimp tank. I spoke to Gary who was so helpful. He went the extra mile for me and told me how to set it all up. He even drew a diagram for me and covered my pump with netting to protect any baby shrimp in my tank. My chiller promptly arrived in Melbourne with everything I needed. I'm very pleased with their service and I would highly recommend this company.

Ordered quite a lot of great priced things from here on Thursday morning, arrived on Friday morning.
Very happy, packaging was excellent.

Sends me the wrong items, incompatible with my system, not as advertised, but won't reply to my emails. Never again. Stay away from this place. I've read so many bad reviews but took a risk because of the cheap price and it was a big loss. Stick to non breakable or products in sealed packages such as fish foods and you should be ok with this online shop.
