Substandard(to say the least) Had to wait over half an hour to have my extensions trimmed - Then, the middle-aged woman who finally served me, seemed to have a "foot-in-mouth" problem, having made a tactlessly inappropriate remark re, my own hair - But ironically, came across oblivious as to what she'd just said.To this day, I cannot understand why she'd say such a thing to a new customer ;? If I go into a business establishment of any kind, I would expect decent, professional service without cause to have the feeling I'm being judged. Obviously, I'll never go back there and would NOT recommend this hairdressing business to anyone. Very disappointed! A definite "thumbs-down" and...a -0/10!
Extensions, colours, cuts, styles, spray tans, etc. FANTASTIC!
Great pricing & great staff! Will never go anywhere else again!
