Hamilton Island Marina

The marina is the cornerstone of Hamilton Island. There's always so much going on and the facilities are great. If you're a yachtie the shower and toilet facilities are really nice and clean. It's one of the only places in the world where there's no queue for the women's and one out the door for the men's which was quite refreshing. There are a lot of nautical themes clothing stores, a supermarket and heaps of great food places. The berths and jetties are all practically brand new after being replaced due to the cyclone so it all looks slick and new. Hanging out around the marina was definitely my favourite haunt on the island.
