Harbour Medical Services

My family and I have been attending Harbour Medical Services/Furniss and Partners for the past 40 years with the latter years to the North Haven Surgery. We have always been greeted with warm friendly faces and nothing but the utmost professionalism. Every Doctor we have seen over the years has always been friendly and genuinely concerned for our well being and all willing to do their best to assist us. I take my hat off to Harbour Medical for sticking by the Lefevre Peninsula Community and not packing up shop and joining the big amalgamated patient production line establishments preserving a great company and maintaining a solid family practice that has become an institution to our Peninsula.

The reception is just full of sad people. Be prepared for rudeness, and getting ignored. They will tell you the appointment you want is not available without even looking.

Only doctor I have actually enjoyed going to worked there, unfortunately. But now that he has left I have no reason to go here. The reception staff make everything seem like a chore. Rude staffs. As per other reviews, condidentiality doesn't mean a lot at this surgery.

Reception staff are very rude and blunt. The doctors are lovely but I will never return, disgusted that receptionists could be so rude when dealing with sick people, learn to be caring and considerate!
