First time here. A beef and a chicken schnitzel ordered, with chips, plus two soft drinks. JUst awful. As we were time poor, we ate some of the meals, but will never return. Schnitzels were so over-cooked that the crumb coating was like wood, and the beef and chicken obviously overcooked to heck. Chips were of frozen variety but still white, so not even heated properly. These, together with two soft drinks came to $68 !!!!! Unbelievable! The place was almost empty so they weren't rushed off of their feet. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service from the duty manager, Matty.

We had a family dinner, and when an elderly member of the family with a long term disability accidentally broke a glass, the duty manager over-reacted and brought a Security Guard bouncer over and kicked us out.

I have never been so shocked and amazed at someone unnecessarily mis-using his authority to kick out a family, of very generous customers, without asking for any facts. He wouldn't listen to reason, despite us being completely sober and speaking respectfully to him.

Beware! Very aggressive manager.

300gram rump and Scotch fillet. No way it was that size more like 150g. Not worth the cost.

Awful. After waiting at the 'please wait to be seated' sign for 15-20 minutes, I had to take myself to the counter to be seated. I'd booked a table in advance, only to be told I wasn't in the system and to sit wherever I want (I booked a table near the window but all were unavailable). Most disappointing of all was the food. My $29 seafood platter was bland, oily, and the calamari/prawns/battered fish/chips all tasted the same. I can only assume it was frozen and then deepfried. Also the toilets were unclean and there was an overflowing wastepaper bin and hand towels all over the floor - I had to step on them to get to a cubicle. Also the barmaids were covered in tattoos and wearing tank tops and short skirts. I have nothing against tattoos, but when I go out for a meal I expect the staff to look professional. I was extremely disappointed by the whole experience and will never go back, and I'll be telling my friends and family to steer clear. I'd give no stars if I could.

We have been here so many times with my partner so awesome the view inside and outside the food choice is good and delicious the staffs are remarkably helpful coz sometimes I use discount card they really help me with that and then even more enjoyable staying for lunch and tea, so clean air fresh the whole atmosphere makes you relax and enjoy your meal with discount..
