Do not rent a home with this office, the rental staff are never in the office when you call, they don\'t return your calls. I called about a problem with the home I am renting and I have been waiting for 4 weeks to get some assistance with the matter. The property I am renting was in a discusting manner when we moved in, and I couldn\'t believe they allowed the management to get away with not having it in a presentable manner before we moved in.I will never have to rent again after this thankfully, but for those who have no choice I feel sorry for you if this is what you have to put up with. Make sure you go to an agency that will take care of your needs, because once you are in there you are stuck in that contract, and stuck with the agency.
I agree it is a circus at Harcourts realestate in thomastown. The way they speak to people is so disrespectful and it's not only the agents,the receptionists as well. It is not professional at all, they are giving a professional company a really bad name.They have this massive ego,they are defensive and hostle towards everything you say. So unorganised too,houses are already leased but there are still inspection times on the website, and they don't even apologise for the Inconvienence if you show up. This happened to me 3 times. They don't return your phone calles even after you have left messages 4 or 5 times and just over all rude the worst customer service I have ever ever experienced.
