Worst service available at an astonishing cost. Time wasting from floor staff to upper management.
After chasing after Hardy brothers for months on end after taking my watch in for a service, I was given a bill with one line on it not detailing anything about the work that was undertaken, on return of my watch, it didn’t even have the correct time on it. Following this, not two months later, my watch fell off due to the pin in the strap falling out, something that was supposed to be checked during the service, but obviously this was not check, albeit I paid for it...?
