Harvey Norman Broadway

I got a bad experience with Harvey Norman in broadway.

Served by "Elliot" and was told to be called when stuff in store. I waited for 6 weeks, not even a call to keep me updated. I called and spoke to Anthony , quick answer "Get your refund back".

First time ever I experience bad service from Harvey Norman and feel like my customer right is not appreciated there at all.

Got another call from Elliot, 15' later, same answer "Get your refund back or wait until next month" - no apologise was given.

This gives me the impression that sale staff just want to get more sale of the day in order to achieve their target and commission, after sale service - "NOT IMPORTANT AT ALL"

This really bad experience I've ever had with Harvey Norman at Broadway so far.

Worst instore experience I have ever had. The franchise owner and store manager Johnathan were really unpleasant to deal with. They had mispriced products items in the wrong location, when asked for products which were advertised, they were not on the floor. Very rude when brought this situation up with them, made excuses and even tried to accuse me of moving the items myself. Made a written complaint to store, refused to give a written response.

I recently bought a bunch of items one of them being a Samsung 75 inch tv, and I must say how helpful the staff member Elliot was in assisting me. So kind and considerate and helped me shop in such a quick but accurate way.

Recently we bought an aircooler "Altise" for a very small room & is totally useless
called the person sold that to us he just fobbed me off
So dont buy this it is useless I am sorry to for people waisting their money-only one star

Having returned faulty tablet was advised that may take 2 -3 weeks to get replacement (fair enough). The staff and follow up are completely hopeless, into week 6 now. Having rung and been in store a number of times am always told they will check into it and call back the next day (at the latest). Have never had any call back or update and every time ask they have no idea and need to check and come back (which they don't). If you're lucky enough to get a product that works fine but that is the same anywhere. I would NEVER buy anything from this store and probably not from any Harvey Norman.
