Hi,we purchased a Hisense freezer from them late last night, which not only had a manufacture 3 year warranty, abut got a great deal, it was delivered early next morning. The staff members and the delivery guy were very pleasant and helpful.
We also had to bring back a faulty printer on the same day and it was replaced by the staff member at the Service division, who was also very pleasant and helpful, as was the checkout lady.
Good job as always, we purchase mainly from them.

I dealt with Joe who was very friendly and proffessional. He asked a lot of questions to ensure that the model and size of airconditioner I was intending to purchase suited my requirments. Joe explained what size room the airconditioner cools and heats, and provided alternatives to consider. Joe was happy to price match, arranged delivery and installation of the air conditioner unit and the whole transaction took less than ten minutes. Informed and friendly service.
