I pride myself on offering accessible and affordable personal training, fitness coaching and massage to people of all levels of ability. It doesn't matter what barriers you perceive -- whether you think you're disadvantaged because you're overweight, don't like the gym environment or have more candles on your birthday cake than you care to admit -- I want to show you that health and wellness are possible!

All this and more in the privacy and comfort of my own home studio, or out in nature dodging dog poo!

Hayley is very friendly and knowledgeable, and I'm really enjoying training with her. I really like that she has some unconventional equipment, like Indian clubs, kettlebells and the tyre. She knows what she's doing, programs to meet your goals and needs, and ties it all together with very relaxing head massage.
