What makes me think that I can help you? Well the simple answer is that I have been where you are. I know what it is like to struggle with loosing weight, gaining fitness, getting stronger and trying to change eating habits. I understand how hard it can be and how frustrating the backward steps can be. I also know what needs to be done to make these changes stick. I have successfully done all of these things and am still doing them all every day. I believe in small meaningful changes that you can make each day, stick to and then make another. I believe that this is the only way to make changes stick. Radical and sudden changes are hard for the body to adapt to and tend to result in major backward steps. Let me work with you one small step at a time and I promise you that you will see the result. I can assure that every moment will be worth it.
I am a Registered Exercise Professional with Physical Activity Australia (Formally Kinect Australia).
My Qualifications:
Certificate III in Fitness (Gym Instructor)
Certificate IV in Fitness (Personal Trainer)
Apply First Aid and CPR Certifications
I specialise in weight-loss, general fitness and running.
