Hi, my name is Tennille. Before I had my daughter I was very active and I thought that once she arrived I would have plenty of time to get back into shape.
I quickly learnt that my daughter needed my full attention and I didn't have 30 minutes to go for a run and I didn't like the idea of leaving her in a creche at the gym.
So I started looking around for a fitness activity I could do with my daughter. There were things I could do for her, swimming, gym and music programs, but there wasn't anything that I could do for myself and bring her with me.
So I created Healthy Mums Happy Bubs, an exercise program you can bring your baby along to.
