Tim and staff at Pioneer Holden have gone above and beyond to assist with our purchase of a new vehicle, especially considering we have changed our mind in relation to our requirements a couple of times now. We have been provided with so much helpful and honest information to help us to make an informed decision. They have proven to have a customer service, work ethic and after sales service that is sadly lacking in the car sales industry.
The sales staff at New Pioneer Motors have been great to deal with, right from wanting to purchase a small car (Barina), to more recently where we are looking at upgrding to a Captiva or Astra Convertible. Mick is really nice and helpful. Other staff are great too. We asked about finance and nothing was too much trouble. Definitely going back.
