Worst car wash ever! This wasn't the first time but I wanted to support the local business by giving them another go! But never again! The service was as bad as the actual car wash. The managers were rude and threatening even though they were at fault! I will never go waste my money...I have to go back elsewhere to get my car detailed now!
The worst I’ve seen. I’ve tried this place twice because I thought the first time they did a terrible job was maybe just a once off. Nope, the second time was worse. They didn’t even bother to vacuume the centre console or do the wifi does yet I paid nearly $80. Lazy job, overpriced and the cafe was terrible too. Avoid!
This local business is happy to not even call a customer after numerous requests asking them to....
$120 per fortnight plus coffees is
$250pmth = $3000 a year last time I checked, guess you must be making a truck load of money to consider that scrapings and not bother with an actual phone call otherwise known as customer service.
To be honest it's the first time in quite awhile I've actually felt ripped off, and on that note I congratulate Bowen Hills on that.
