I have stayed at Hotel Tolarno twice for business because of its convenient location for work. Never again! Both times it was a complete shambles. the management is terrible! I arrived tired after two days of travel to be told there was no booking for me by the management. This was despite the fact that I had made the booking myself on the phone. Previously, my office had booked the hotel and I got the same "no booking" treatment when I arrived and was told by the management that my colleague who made the booking was an airhead! So I booked myself to be sure. It took about twenty minutes to sort out this mess and get a room. The lobby is nice and cozy, the art is a nice change too. However, the bedlinen had pubic hairs on it and the walls smelt of paint. The rooms are dingy and have no natural light. The colour schemes look like they were chosen by a schizophrenic.
