So fantastic that I have run out of superlatives. Superb good customer service. Very friendly service and very professional in the way they explain a dish and make suggestions if a customer needs assistance. San choy bow is a must order starter for me. Love the presentation. love the food. love the gorgeous big fish tank. love the menu. like I said, no superlative is too good for them. they are fantastic in every way. the food is so authentic and so delicious.
Had my 21st birthday here a few years ago and they did an excellent job having me and my party guests up stairs in the private room. In the lead up to my birthday, they were very helpful with ideas of how the tables should be best set up, where the cake table should go and other bits and pieces. They let me change arnd the menu a little to suit, and they were very accommodating and cooperative to my needs. For service it was excellent. For the food from memory it was tasty, but nothing I can remember to make my mouth-water right now.. so I think maybe Ive had better chinese food elsewhere. I cant remember how the prices were, so I think ill have to come back to here again to refresh my tastebuds.. hehehe...
OMG i love this place. I had my 18th here i could not ask for anything better. I had my whole family around a table. The food was great the staff were great. My mum did not ask for a cake but they got me on and sang happy birthday to me. Which made my night. This is a place that i will be coming back to.
My first time at the House of Chow and it was amazing! Went there with a big group but the service was great, and the food even better. We shared everything on the table and during the whole lunch the discussion centered on what everyone should try next. The only problem we had was finding parking for long enough to let us enjoy our food.
