I've noticed that most of the reviews on here are negative, which I find strange as I've only ever heard positive things about huff n puff. I was recommended them by my friend who regularly gets them to do her yard. My husband is currently serving overseas, and with him usually doing the outside jobs my yard was quite overgrown. When I called it was very quick and efficient and friendly. I was so over the moon with the work they did! I suggested them to all the ladies around our defence area :-)
If you purchased a GrabOne voucher from them, as I did in good faith, you are best going back to GrabOne to get a refund. My phone messages and text messages to book two hours pre-purchased garden maintenance have been ignored. Sadly I can't post my feedback with zero stars, so the minimum half star rating.
Hi, I have had the same experience. 2 emails, 1 phone call, told to text, which I have 3 times and I have had zero response. Very disappointing.
Huff'n'Puff did end up returning my phone calls/texts - it did take some effort and I was borderline annoying to get return calls; but I have to be fair and admit, albeit the staff were very slow compared to other staff I've hired; they did do a remarkable job and possibly I will get them back for future work at regular fee. Re. GrabOne vouchers - I think they allowed far too many discount vouchers that now it's tough for them to get 'regular' paid work. They have to do two garden maintenance jobs to make up for one discounted. It's all about learning and managing a small business. Hopefully you will get a return call - frustrating - but for me, it ended up all good. Great job.
