It was really nice to get great customer service from Ebony today. She stood out to be really efficient and friendly. This type of service is rare these days, Thankyou & good on you!

On the way home from Christmas light viewing I thought we'd grab a treat. This was right on the way home, drive thru was quite quick, and we had these fantastic iced chocolates for $2.50 each - a great price, really filling, genuinely chocolatey and cheaper than even we could get at another fast food joint, letalone the numerous cafes in the area. Even added some fries to dip into them because that's what you've gotta do. Got through the drivethru and on our way in less than 5 minutes, happy experience.

My partner went there tonight only to have someone try and charge him twice for the food and then not be given the food and have them questioning why he was still waiting by the drive through window and after him reminding them 2 times about the BBQ dipping sauce that I made him promise to get because I'm fussy and wanted some dipping sauce for my soggy cold chips they still forgot my dipping sauce. No apologies for the terrible service either.

Had my sons 3rd birthday there in 2010. Was ok, had a few bad drive thru's, not receiving what was ordered and not realised until I'm home. Restaurant badly needs some money spent on it, feel dirty, toilets always stink and are so grotty, not a good impression.
