Hungry Jack's

So very very slow. Sitting in drive-thru. EFTPOS went down and they held onto my PayPass card for 5-10 minutes, behind the dark glass without telling me what was going on, until I said I wasn't comfortable with them holding onto my card, then they finally put the transaction through on another till. In the meantime, the frozen drinks we just bought were mostly melted.
To top it off, when I complained, the girl said "Whatever" and shut the glass hatch in front of my face. Wish I had of been quick enough to get her name!!
Not an experience we wish to repeat. Will never go there again!

Slow service staff too occupied with each other and not customers. Not very clean utensils. When went to a birthday party there was room for improvement.
