My husband and I live in Shearwater, we found this amazing Vet clinic after our daughter used Paul, the staff were amazing with our Maltese/shitzu who had to have a few teeth out. Can't recommend them enough, their prices and service are exceptional, our dog recovered quickly and healed beautifully. Thanks guys
Didn't even make it in to Paul's vet. Called up to make an appointment for our new puppy, "we don't have any appointments available until next week and we're not taking new patients." Okay, no worries, can you recommend anywhere? "No, bye."
Well, thanks, for all of your help and your wonderful service. Won't be trying to go here again, or recommending to others either. Other animal medical centre on the other hand was very happy to take us, super polite, and had a genuine interest in our puppies health.
Firstly it goes to show how popular Paul's Vet is by not having any available appts until the following week. Secondly it is never good for a business to recommend another one as it may not meet your expectations in one way or another. The best way to find a vet is by doing yr own homework @ word of mouth. I wouldn't take my dog Charlie anywhere else.
