We will even build to your own design.

We will arrange to do a site inspection with you to ensure your home is built to best suit the aspect of your site. You may want to include your own variations such as a verandah or carport and our experienced team can help you round off a fully completed home that is simply ready to move into a enjoy.

You will receive a written quote with detailed specifications so there will be no hidden costs or extra charges. We handle all Council building applications and inspections. This is real peace of mind.
You can move into you new home in around 14 weeks from placing your order. This is around a third of the time of a home built on site. Our highly efficient under cover production facility ensures there are no delays due to inclement weather, shortage of tradesman and you don't have to worry about the building materials disappearing off the building site.

You can select your interior decor from our wide range of decorator colour schemes. Our trained personnel install your home on site in accordance with engineers specifications and then it is only necessary to connect to plumbing and electricity.
