I had a warranty visit from Paul. He was extremely rude, arrogant and disrespectful. He ‘told’ me the issue with an intermittent noise from my washing machine was a bra wire, while on the phone then continued to do so on arrival, I pointed out I don’t put bras in machine and he continued to tell me I must have. “Well that’s what it is, you don’t understand how bra wires move in a machine” Then eventually he said someone else must have lost something! I pointed out I alone do the washing, and I would know if I lost anything. His rudeness is difficult to 3xpress in words, but trust me he was rude. My partner was in the office and heard every word. I asked if he was going to open machine to have a look to which he replied, “no, are you going to pay for that, I’m not going to waste my time unless you pay for it, because Electrolux won’t” ...read more
Yes I totaly agree that Paul is to be avoided at all costs, he promises and does not deliver, in my opinion you cannot trust a word he says, he changes his story, has a very defective memory and is totally unreliable.-Do yourself a favour and find another repairer.
