Hush Hush Cafe

Like many Cafe's I have been to, there are just those menu items that you know the Cafe takes pride in and makes their specialty.

This is a perfectly adequate cafe, but the main point is that it is the only place in the area with WiFi. This is major progress for Camberwell.

Spacious cafe that spills out into the arcade with a breakfast, lunch and sandwich menu. I ordered a chicken breast sandwich from the menu and a coffee milkshake. The milkshake was made without ice cream which I though was scrooge-like. I wondered why I'd chosen such a bland sandwich and double checked the menu. The chicken sandwich which cost me $8.50 had lettuce and avocado but was missing the mango chutney and tasty cheese it was supposed to have had on it. Making a sandwich isn't rocket science and omitting two advertised ingredients is just tardy. A poor dining experience and I won't rush-rush back to the Hush-Hush anytime soon. I'll give it a miss-miss.
