Absolutely hopeless! Been going there for over 8 years & the service has gotten worse. Owner Frank (who also owns the O'Connor shop) is a hopeless Manager/Owner with no thought process for customer service ... at all. I worked in retail for 11 years and cannot believe the laziness there.
Tried to order various products on a regular basis over the years but they seem incapable of understanding the process. When I ask staff why the product isn't there, they just shake their heads & give pathetic ...read more
