Got recommended to iMola Tiling by Marc's Plumbing and Gas Beechboro. They were hired together for renovation works to a studio apartment bathroom and kitchen. I had to find out that my shower was leaking from a Council of Owner member which of course got escalated to Strata management. Went to inspect the drain after and it wasn't even connected. This doesn't even include the headache of getting bathroom floor level wrong as to make toilet fixture installation difficult and that the shower floor was not angled towards the drain. Nightmare to deal with and after service is non existent when requesting that the work be rectified. Quoted that the work would be done in 2 weeks to a month, but took 4 months. Used the wrong wall tiles for the wrong room so they now are mixed between both. Have a room missing tiles where he argued that he just wouldn't tile it completely for whatever reason. Have to get the work rectified and will be sending the bill on. ...read more
