John Strange of J.D.S Landscaping has just completed work at the above address. I am happy to recommend his landscaping firm to anyone seeking to have work carried out in an efficient and courteous manner. He was on time in arriving at the premises on the days promised, worked unobtrusively, fitting around our needs and was prepared to discuss and clarify issues concerning proposed work. During the time here he undertook a range of landscaping projects and leaves us with a professional result.

I have no hesitation in recommending John and his team. John was both helpful and co-operative in the planning of work to be done which was completed in an efficient and friendly manner. I am very happy with the finished product it has made a huge difference to the appearance of my property as is evidenced by all the compliments I have received. John and his team were reliable, hard working and considerate. It was a pleasure to have them working around the property. Thank you once again for a job well done.

We entrusted John to pave our brand new pool and surrounding stairs and pathways in a beautiful limestone paver. We ended up with the majority of the job being done by his two younger apprentices and unfortunately the inexperience of the apprentices and the lack of supervision by John shows in the finish. Our pool slab wasn't leveled prior to his apprentices gluing the pavers directly to the slab, even though our quote stated 're-bed the concrete slabs where required.' We have uneven paving around our pool to the point where we cannot have a waterline tile inside the pool, as the tile would further highlight the unevenness of the paving job. We also have a noticeable hump in the pool area. We asked John to come back and to fix the issues with which his first response was at our cost.
