i went to julie st takeaway tonight to get the most soggy stale chips i have ever had! I called the store to complain and the person who cooked my chips hopped on the phone and told me how he DOES NOT CARE ABOUT MY COMPLAINT OR MY ISSUE WITH THE FOOD, HE SAID ITS NOT HIS FAULT HIS NOT THE ONE WHO WRAPPED THEM!......this has really pissed me off as i am a paying customer and its his shop! I will not be going back there and i dont recommend anyone does!
The chicken burgers are disgusting after complaining was advised that unless you asked for fillet chicken then your burgers are made from left over chicken bits that was unsold on previous days and they charge you the same price as if you have fillet for dry tastless disgusting chicken also complained about the eggs which were not cooked properly and told oh well when we get busy these things happen. My question is if they use old left over chicken what other old left over food are they using and then they said they had a good reputatation for burgers. We will never eat there again and urge all others with bad experiences to post a review so they either clean up their act or get out and we get a decent take away shop in there. This is not a once off incident the last burger I had was burned to a crisp and still had to pay top dollar and thats not right if you pay top dollar you should get decent edible food
