Had my hair cut here last year and haven't returned since. Had my side parted fringe re-cut and had a re-trim of layers. Told the hairdresser I was trying to grow out my hair and wanted 2cm off the ends at best and no shorter than shoulder length at worst (hair was already 7cm below shoulders). What I ended up getting was my hair cut above shoulder length, with the left side visibly longer than the right side. The fringe also did not go just past the eyebrows but had been cut to an awkward length, stopping within the middle of my forehead in length and could no longer be sideswept let alone resemble the fringe I had before. The rest of the fringe was also noticably uneven. I went back to the store and asked for a refund of my money as it really looked as though someone with no experience with a pair of scissors had cut my hair.
