I would like to put another comment on in relation to my first one one the 7th of Dec which I had made in haste. I panicked when I couldn't get into touch with the company and saw the below review and thought I was going to loose my money. However I heard back from the company the same day as when I posted the comment however, this web site does not retract comments and asks that you make another to clear the last one up. I would like to advise that the Company in question has been in contact with me several times and my application is in at the local council and I will be getting my patio shortly once approved.. I apologies to the company in question if there has been any negative feedback from my comment and I want to advise anyone looking to get any work done from them that they are above board and very reasonable priced and been also helpful to me. On the 20the may I received a quote from the owner Mike for a patio. That afternoon I emailed him the acceptance letter and the council approval forms and paid the deposit. That was the last contact we had from him. About once a fortnight from then till about the 15 July I rang and every time was told he wasn't available and that someone named Robert was handling our patio. I was also told it was held up by council, that it had been approved by council but they were waiting on paperwork etc etc. Finally towards the end of July I rang the council who informed me they had no record of any application. When I rang this Robert back I was informed that he'd mailed the forms that day. The following day I received a call from the council stating theyd received the paperwork but no payment ( the deposit we paid included the council application fee).
