In Oct 2016 we purchased a home which was built by Kalka in Jul 2016, as a result the property was still covered by the 12 month maintenance warranty.

We identified a list of 15 minor defects leaky shower, flashing lights, tap with hammer noise all normal for a new house and all fairly minor, no longer than 30 mins to fix each defect.
