On the smaller side of the Kathmandu stores around. Small range of stock to choose from for men, women and children. When I visited there weren’t any in store specials. The range of shoes were quite limited and the staff were uninterested in assisting you and surly. I do not consider good customer service when the staff member leans back on the counter and just glares at you the whole time you are in the store, without smiling, greeting you or acknowledging you, it actually made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in the store.
