On the web-site presenting itself as “Carsales | Australia's No.1 Car Website – carsales.com.au”, I found a vehicle for sale advertised by Keema Springwood. I contacted Keema Springwood via Carsales and received an e-mail signed by Tristan Van Riel, Dealer Principal and Chief Operating Officer of the Keema Automotive Group in Queensland, proudly stating that they are offering top prices for trade-in cars. Yet, in my case, it appeared to be the opposite. Mr. Harvey Milkins’ of Keema Springwood trade-n price offered for my car was significantly lower than even the lowest trade-in price for such a car recommended by the Redbook. In my opinion, this Mr. Milkins’ offer made Tristan Van Riel’s statement not only hypocritical but deceiving and misleading from the perspective of consumer laws. Are there in place any legal and ethical standards for the car dealers to follow? I think a public inquiry into this question is long overdue.

A pleasure to get my 2 year old i30 serviced at Keema Springwood. From the friendly reception from your assigned supervisor to a voucher for a big bacon, egg, tomato and sourdough toast with coffee at the Coffee Club next door. They keep you aware of any problems they find...mine was a pollen filter filled with black dog hair. When you pick up the car everything is explained so even a 68 year old woman could easily understand. A scratchie, a Freddo chocolate and the choice of a flower or a reusable shopping bag just sweetens paying the bill. Very good experience.

Their mistake - and we pay for it... horrible service and lies! I called to see if the warranty covered the batteries in my keys and was assured that it did by Matt at Keema. He scheduled the device for the following week and my husband took off from work to bring in the car. When he arrived, we were told that the batteries were not covered and I had to call and explain that we had been told they would be. The staff at the Keema Nissan service center refused to help, despite admitting the mistake. They said there was nothing they could do. Horrible service from a bunch of liars.

I booked my 2013 Nissan Pulsar in for a service today to have an 80,000klm service and to have two specific things looked at and fixed on the day. 1. a knocking noise in the right hand front of the car and 2. a fanbelt noise when at idle. When I dropped the car off at 8.15am this morning I also advised of the brakes squealing bad and that the discs may need machining. The service advisor explicitly told me he would call when he found something. Needless to say that at 5pm I called and spoke to the same advisor and said I haven't heard from you all day. The reply, that's ok! I then said well I wanted to get those issues fixed on on car and he replied, that's ok again! He further said we will tell you what's wrong when you get here and you can get them fixed later. He finished by saying "that's ok" again and told me to come down and pick the car up as they were in the middle of doing the paperwork. ...read more

Absolutely terrible service! Refused to repair my broken reverse sensor under warranty due to a light scuff mark on rear bumper that was unrelated to the sensor coming loose. Also lied to me about my four tires stating that they needed urgent full replacement at 50,000 due to driving around with low pressures - my mechanic guaranteed and documented my pressures to be 35 after each regular service which last was done only 5 weeks ago. I used my own mechanic as the service they had done 14 months prior was again a negative experience for me and I regret ever going back for these issues. They reduced the pressures to 20 to confirm their diagnosis which is pathetic because how do all four conveniently have the exact same low pressure. The service advisor I dealt with was Zachary Tait who was rude and unhelpful from the moment I dropped my car off to when I picked it up.
