Worse experience of my life!!! I went here to have my hair cut and coloured for my 50th birthday. From the moment I walked in things weren't quite right. The girl didn't know I had an appointment and there was no one else in the salon. She told me to sit and asked me what I wanted. I showed her a photo of an inverted bob and we picked a colour for the foils. She was chatty but rather vague about what she was doing the whole time.
She announced how dry my hair was, it's not dry at all lol and I asked, "Gee really, why would that be?" She responded, "It would be all the blow drying and straightening." I don't do either of those things and my hair's not dry.
