NIGHTMARE There is something wrong with every aspect of the work. I've had to call out a plumber 3 times to fix things at my own expense including something Kev damaged & tried to fob off. I am so so angry and disappointed. A tea bag was left on my brand new stone bench which has stained & Kitchen cabinets incurred water damage (installed 1 week) due to carelessness and tap in adjoining room not being turned off. Laundry tiles scratched. House left completely unlocked at least twice. Shower door installed upside down so I battle with it daily. Bath mixer installed back to front. Slimline power point template discussed and provided not used so had to have old style chunky point. Waterproofing not up to scratch - I now have mould on the walls which I never had an issue with before. Tiles were stacked against timber and Art Deco furniture. Old stock fixtures fobbed off.
