Appalling staff training. I have had several instances at the drive through where I haven't received what I'd ordered and paid for. Eg: being shortchanged drinks etc. Today was the worst. I ordered 5 x large popcorn chicken and five x large chips plus a six piece pack and paid for them. The girl subsequently gave me regular popcorn. I objected and then she replaced them. She wasn't reading her screen correctly. When I got home, I found I had been shortchanged 3 x large popcorns and 2 large chips!
After i rang and complained, they agreed to give what they owed me, which they did, after I drove back to the premises. They sheepishly handed the bag to me however there was no apology. The amanager should have come to me and apologised. Poor trading poor service. Check your order!
