Over the last 6 months we've been buying a lot of KFC from brassall... Never before have we been so disappointed. We've had several disappointments with this store but none to the point where we were violently ill. We are tired of the poor customer care, the poor food quality and the lack of communication on this stores behalf. We have called the proper lines after constant failure to change on KFC Brassalls behalf... The sad part is, is that it appears to be mainly on this store in the KFC line that does poor food, poor service, and poor customer care. I would highly recommend staying away from this store in future. You most definitely not get what you pay for when it comes to this store. Not only is the quantity not what it's supposed to be but its also most of the time, cold, uncooked or over cooked... This store has no pride in the brand it represents and wont be buying from them ever in future.
i always go to brassall but won t be anymore i am sick and tired of getting home and finding that things are missing or that the chips are only half full and their excuse is that the chips where fresh and they settle in one minute drive and chips are only slightly warm
