This restaurant is very hit and miss - the food is usually nice and fresh but occasionally you get something clearly very old. The service is average, you're lucky to get a smile and I hate that they shut the window in your face over and over while you sit there in between their need to interact with you. It definitely makes the customer feel unwelcome and like an inconvenience.
Worst KFC in NSW? Seriously this store is bad!
Living in a semi rural location means you are always limited for choice which is why I've been back a few times in hope of better service/food/experience.
Each visit ends with a long long wait and staff who are clueless.
Seriously its just chicken and chips! But this store consistently gets it wrong! Missing pieces, Wings when you ask for none, half filled soggy chip containers and the most common - no stock (Do you mind waiting 15 minutes?)
Complain and you get the next level of bad service with management staff. They don't know what to do or how to solve a problem or cook a crisp chip!
Bought a 6 piece piece pack last week and they gave us 3 wings - Yumm - not (what's wrong with them - I asked not to give us not more than 1 wing)
And this week ordered a 6 piece pack and got home to find only 5 pieces - . My husband says he going to stop eating it to avoid the aggravation of wrong orders.
This is, without a doubt, the worst KFC I have ever been to. 3 times in the last 6 months the chicken has been off. I don't mean just a bit old and muggy, I mean RANK. Their pricing is inconsistent, the whole place looks bad, the staff are totally incompetent, and for less than the price of a KFC meal for the whole family, we could all go down to the local club and have a nice feed.
Store management is uninterested when you complain, and so is corporate management if you try to contact them.
