KFC

First KFC I have been to in West melbourne where the queue were shorter and better managed than the ones I have seen. I waited shorrt time only to place order. Also I felt the chciken pieces were better fried and breaded here with a bigger coating on it. I love the coating on KFC. I guess it is a store specific cooking. Thats why I recommend this place if you are in the area.

I like KFC in general, I like how this KFC revamped its shopfront and image as maybe a few years ago it was looking a bit run down. Staff are helpful as usual, always try to cater for any special requests like 'can you make them all thighs?' Or instead of these sides with the meal deal can I get these sides instead?' I like how they also always give extra dipping sauce if asked.

I went to this place last week and they had ran out of both small and large coleslaws. I asked if they could instead substitute it for a few wicked wings but they refused and only offered me potato and gravy. Poor customer service.

I just wanted to praise store mananger IDIL for her professional manner. What a helpful person and good leader for the store!!
