This motel is toally over rated. we stayed centre of canberra on public holiday for 165 dollars a night on public holiday. they wanted 190 stating public holiday rates. If you want a exhaust fan that does not work tiles in bathroom broken a sliding door you could touch and would fall off go for it. only good things was toast microwave and the view. If they want more than $110 a night do not stay there.
