I understand that fee's apply when customers do not show for a booking as this is lost money for the motel.

A little dissapointed that I was still charged as I could not make the booking due to flooding in the town. I spoke to the staff and they suggested to use a landline next time as I could not reach them due to lack of recpetion.

I'm sorry but my primary concern was my safety from flood waters and return trip back to Brisbane to my family.

I tried to comprise with them as I am a travelling rep and was planning a trip this month, their answer was a flat out no as its "company policy"



I informed them that they have lost a business from my self and my company which will easily be in excess of $4000 a year.

Well done your "company policy" has lost you some cash now and in the future.
