Dont know how these guys are in bussiness seem to make a living of not delievering freight.
They will not deliver freight that is only a short drive from the depot.
Do your self a favour dont use yhem or any companiy that will use them as a link.
They did not even attempt to use the number on documents to contact receiver to say could not deliver.
The receiver even called into the yard to ask if there was any freight for them to be told NO
Saty away from these guys nothing but excuse after excuse as to why they cant do a delivery
The most dishonest, disorganized and disgusting company that I have ever dealt with. Lied for 6 months and said goods had been picked up. They weren't and the goods were destroyed. Then took another 4 months to issue a refund while continually passing the buck to someone else. DO NOT USE.
This company is a disgrace. Twice I have had things sit the depot for a MONTH I have called them and they never responded. Then when I contact the seller it miraculously turns up the same day. I will never use them again and whenever I order freight I will tell other companies not to use them either.
I have had the misfortune of dealing with this company on a few occasions and am so disappointed in their inefficiency (4 working days to get an item from Roma to Toowoomba; items sitting in Depot for one week before being delivered) and as they were agents for TOLL and TNT I felt I had no other option in Roma until I discovered another Transport .... Not only did they pick the item up one day & deliver it the very next day (undamaged) they were also HALF the price...
