Kingsford Smith Airport Parking

Terrible experience! We were told and their printed information and website all state that if you arrive later than the last shuttle at 11.30pm they will SMS you a code to retreive your key from the safe. After not receiving an SMS and a taxi trip we could not get our keys so had to get another taxi back to the airport and wait for 4 hours until their office opened. We finally found out that an email had been sent to us with the code! No mention of this being part of the procedure anywhere. We received the SMS at 6am!! The office staff said the manager would call me. Nothing. When I called and spoke to the manager he said the owner would call me. Nothing. I asked that at least our $50 of taxi fees be reimbursed. Nothing. He told me they know that SMS messages can be delayed by 6 hours when you travel and yet noone had warned us of this or told us that an email would be sent. Used this company last year and they were good. 12 months on they are woeful. The drop off went OK, driver told us to call when landed and he would pick us up from designated spot. When I turned on my phone there was a text telling me to pick my car and retrieve keys from a safe. $30 taxi fare later I had my car. This is not what you want or expect after a 10 hour flight. They had our flight details, the plane was on time, no mention was made about our arrival time being close to their closing time. I contacted the company and they offered nothing but sorry that is how we operate, never mind the verbal and implied contracts made between us. I will never use this company again.

This company is the worst. We parked there for 10 days, come back from our amazing overseas trip to find that they had backed our car into another one, they have since told us that it is not their fault that THEIR DRIVER damaged our car and that they can not be held responsible. They were absolutely no help at all and we are now having to fork out a heap of money for repairs. Do not use this company! #reviewtowin

The management & staff were rude & uncooperative. Refused to accept a quote off their own web site as well as not accepting vouchers which they themselves had given us when we returned early on a previous occasion. Will never use them again.. Left the vehicle with another firm who were very helpful.

Office staff were courteous and efficient and drop off and pick up were OK, although not as swift as expected. Main issue was minor damage to the vehicle on pickup which took two emails and three phone calls to elicit any response. That was basically to deny responsibility, which, to be fair, is in their T&C. So the lesson is, beware of any parking facility that needs to move your car around rather than leaving it where you left it.
