My Kirby sentria was making a lot of weird noises. Described the problem to Dina over phone, and she gave us an appointment at ultra short notice, with a fast fix for what was wrong. Both Dina and Nino are very knowledgeable in Kirby products and I was very happy with the service I received. Thanks a lot!! Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking advice / service / fixes with their Kirby.
My Kirby G6 stopped working at the beginning of the weekend. I searched online for a Kirby repair center and found VacBargain to be located within 40km of where I live.
I contacted the team via email and although they are closed during weekend, Dina called me back and arranged for me to bring the Kirby in for repairs on Sunday afternoon.
She understood that it would have been really difficult for me to be able to bring the unit during the week and she opened the repair centre just for me!
Within an hour my Kirby was back in working state and Dina explained to me what the problem was with the unit, giving me more tips on how to use it more efficiently.
Thank you Dina, you put heart in your work and that's hard to find around us nowadays!
I feel fortunate to have found a reliable Kirby technician and I also think it's right to share my positive experience with the others.
I bought a second hand Kirby that wasn't working as well as I'd hoped. Made an appointment to have it looked at, which was free of charge. In less than 20minutes i had a quote of what needed to be done and within an hour my machine was as good as new! They provided really great service and advice and the pricing was great. Would definitely urge any Kirby owner to take their machines to be serviced here or take advantage of their in home servicing.
My old Kirby was in very bad condition. I had it for years and we wanted to see if it would be possible to fix it. Thank you Coburg service centre for your great work. We were pleased with the outcome and our old friend will clean our house again. We were given all the parts that has been changed and where happy with our new old Kirby. Highly recommended service centre.
