Awesome customer service! I bought a Kirby from them last year and this year they came to my house to check it. Gave me a free belt and reminded lots of things i forgot like how to change the belt etc. Every time I needed anything I just called and it was sorted immediately. If only my car service ppl would do the same for my 35K truck! Well done guys, keep up the good work!
Very happy! They serviced my Kirby last week - over the holidays. Charges for service were very reasonable. The Service tech even showed me how to shampoo the carpet. I ended up buying spot remover, shampoo and bags from them too. All the products work great. The oxy spot remover came highly recommended and is worth every cent - my rugs are like new.
Oh, and they also told me that I should be changing the belt more often (mine was sooo stretched) and gave me tips how to make sure my power cord does not break.

Thank you so much!!! I just want to say how glad I am that I upgraded my old Kirby and paid for the upgrade less than I paid for the old one 15 years ago. The new one is so much lighter and easier to use!
Your rep showed me how to use every attachment, and I just now realised I can clean my tiles and food floors with the Kirby.
She showed me how to clean mattress as well, I never knew you could!!
Now finally I know how to change the belts and I feel very smart :).
While the rep showed me the Kirby Sentia2 she cleaned 2 of my rugs and a mattress for me, unblocked my sink, and refused to accept payment!! ...read more
Totally awesome service the very same day I called! The serviceman was very friendly and resurrected my mums old Kirby in no time. Didnt need to take the Kirby to them - they came, and It wasn't as expensive as we thought it would be. He showed us how to use the shampoo as well - mum never knew how to use it! We got to see the 2013 Kirby too - my partner and I now want one as soon as we move out!! Its awesome, very light and looks like a spaceship. All in all - very happy with the Kirby and the Kirby Guy :)
I am very happy with the service! I own Kirby for over 10 years now, love it, but since moving from South Africa I had a lot of trouble finding supplies until I found Kirby Rockingham. They have been fantastic, my Kirby works like new after they fixed it, and I can get bags and belts even on the weekend.
