Where to start ... Rockingham Hyundai are the best dealers around and I would recommend them to anyone looking at buying a new or used car. From the moment I walked in to the yard looking for a car, the salesman mike was friendly and willing to help me find what I was after. He wasn't pushy and annoying like your typical car salesman. I ended up purchasing a used car. The whole process from looking to buying was the best experience I've had when buying a used car. I also cannot thank dave enough for making my experience even better. Big thumbs up to all of the staff, all very welcoming and friendly ! I wouldn't have a problem recommending them to anyone, if you're looking for another car I'd suggest you go here before anywhere else.

Was not told my loan repayment was on day of settlement. I assumed it was one month later. Whilst trying to get to the bottom of it I was given the run around for six days. Under the advice of the bank who approved the loan they said go speak to the dealer principle. When i informed them that this could affect my credit rating their response was that's between the bank and myself. Very rudely too. Then last week I had to change a tire. I found the jack but couldn't find the rest of the req tools. I called and to ask where there were. I was informed that someone would call me back. I'm still waiting for that phone call. I called another dealer they were a lot more helpful. I know where I will be taking my car to for future services.

Best dealership in WA!!! The ladies are always very nice and helpful and the guys out the front are always great at explaining everything about my car to me, even the service manager is helpful with any queries I have ever had. Great customer service, my car is always washed perfectly and whenever I need my tyre pressures checked or globes changed, I am able to just pop in and have someone come out and do it then and there for me! All warranty repairs have been done quickly and efficiently and I always leave the service department happy! Won't go to any other dealership!
