Today was my first visit to the Rockingham Kirby store.
So far I have never been happy with the service I have received with my Kirby in Perth. The Kirby has been the best thing ever for removing pet hair from rugs and car, but as far as the service goes.. it was not too flash. Today was a different experience altogether, and even though I am not one to write reviews I just have to.
This morning when I was using the Kirby I had a problem with burning smell coming off it. I got scared and decided to take it to the local service, thinking the engine is burning, even though it has been serviced recently. The lady who met me was very friendly, offered me to wait few minutes while she checks the Kirby and gave me a chocolate egg. It turned out that I have been using a belt that was not genuine.
