It had been a while since I'd visited KMart at Robina and must say it's a little confusing now to work out the checkouts.
If you're happy with self-service at the front of the store then, youre fine! But it's a little trickier to find assistance.
Still all the usual KMart options tho and great prices for the everyday items you're after.
Especially love to stock up on basic Tees or items that travel well when heading overseas.

Similar to other Kmart stores although I have to agree the floor plan is a little whacked. The main checkouts (self service and manned) are located in the middle of the store and then you have to walk back through to exit - odd!

Otherwise the layout of the specific sections has been set out nicely, particularly the home wares and the kids section. The prices are always reasonable if your not looking for designer quality and the location in the centre is relatively easy to find.

Raced in to get one thing. The Robina store has the most ridiculous floor plan ever.

They now only have self serve checkouts at the front of the store. Went to use one but was card only and only had cash. The two cash ones were being used and long line.

Went to find a manned checkout only to find the checkouts are now only towards the back of the store????? So back through the store to the checkout, pay and then walk back through the store to get out.

What Einstein came up with that warped floor plan?? If I'm at the checkout I want to walk straight out of the store. Bad planning Kmart

Large Kmart store with all the usual options - stationery, clothes, shoes, manchester, electronics, photography, outdoors etc. Always clean, tidy, well signed and easy to find what you're after. Good pricing and easy check out options. Self service now available too.

The usual K Mart store with all the usual K Mart bargains. Don't forget to check the rack of cheaper reduced items down near the lay-by department as there is sometimes reduced stock with barely little damage if you are after a bargain.

The front end staff are capable and pleasant and enjoy a joke or two to brighten up their day.

Well worth a peek on sales weeks..eg..toys...clothes etc... as many of the higher priced items are reduced at bargain prices.
