Knox Mitsubishi

Purchased an outlander from them just over 2 years ago. From the beginning we have complained to them that the battery was no good, it would just go flat at odd times. This got worse the longer we had the car. Everytime we asked them to look at it we got the same response "there is nothing wrong with the battery". Took it in last tuesday for a service and to once again get the battery looked at. Said they had found the problem and fixed it, did not even do the service as they claimed we had not asked for it to be done. The car lasted 2 days before my wife was once again stranded with a flat battery. They took the car back on the Friday and kept it all weekend, got it back on Monday afternoon, guess what there was nothing wrong with the battery. My wife drove it home then later went to go out and the battery was flat. Did not even make it for 1 hour out of their workshop. Service was not great in the end. I thought the staff were there to help, not be rude, especially when they are in the wrong. Way to loose a customer!

My Wife & I were looking around for a certain type of car , & found it at Knox Mitsubishi. The staff there are Fantastic right from the girls at the front desk to the whole team. Our Salesman George Serevetas was great , friendly ,helpful whilst being professional & more than obliging not at all pushy nice fella.The Sales Manager Wayne was also terrific in explaining things to us both while also getting things sorted. He in particular went out of his way to make sure we were happy, very easy person to deal with. And Alistair in finance very professional whilst being friendly as well. Finally when I picked up my car everything was Spot on couldn't be happier THANKS HEAPS guys & girls at Knox Mitsubhsi the pleasure was all ours!!!!

I went in on the weekend looking to update my car, was pleasantly surprised by the salesman, friendly and attentive but not pushy. Didn't end up purchasing a car, but am seriously thinking about it this coming week. Thanks for changing my perception of car salesman!

Well I must say I had a great experience from the time I visited to the time I drove my car out the door, I was looking for an upgrade to my work vehicle and not sure of what II wanted. I was looking for a used vehicle and spotted a Nissan Navara D40 I was looking at it when Chris approached and introduced himself, he listened to what I had to say in regards to what I was after and he offered me to test drive the car. I was to say the least impressed with the car.
I sat down with Chris and went thru my wish list of what I required to be added to the car for my work needs, we came to an agreement and purchase was organised. I was introduced to Raj who assisted with the delivery of the vehicle to me.
