Honestly terrible ... ordered a bruschetta and it was drowned in balsamic and oil... we had two children with us and the adults meals came out first. All mains came out except one it came out when everyone else was half way through there meals a salad for a kids meal was missing and also the garlic bread we ordered came out as everyone was almost done eating mains and it was burnt. I still paid a 20% surcharge becausw it was a public holiday but no other discounts for the inconveniences and barely a sincere apology safe to say it left a bad taste in my mouth. I WONT BE BACK AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO IS THINKING OF COMING HERE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ...
The pizza was soggy. The pasta was watery. Both used cheap ingredients and were lacking flavor. If u have ever been exposed to real Italian food u will know that this as far from that as possible. On top of the terrible food, the service was incredibly lackluster. In desperate need of Gordon Ramsey!
Have been to this restaurant many times without any major issues, service is a bit slack always having to call over someone for another drink.
As it is quite a loud place I asked a wait staff if we could sit in the more quiet area where the padded seats are (a little more comfortable). Wait staff advised no as its a little early 5.30pm as the lights are very expensive to run.
Just lost a regular thanks, nice business skills of that wait staff.
I had a meat lovers pizza, hhhmmmm Yummo, but not really that much better then any other pizza place. Paying about $18 for a Large pizza and only had 3 toppings plus cheese. Pizza was good, but pricey, Also Garlic bread seamed like something you could get from a supermarket. Out door dining was great, and range of drinks great also.
Well, for this restaurant, I think that I should list the bad things first.....Hmmm...I believe my cutlery was uneven to that of my partner. Hmm..thats about it. Apart from that little quible, the whole experience is what I would expect a restaurant of any quality provide. Great food, great service, friendly staff and a desire to share a great experience.
The garlic and cheese pizza was nice, I had a a veal schnitzel that made me feel like I was in the show "Man versus Food" however was tender and succulent (I again apoloigise for not being able to eat it all!). My wife had the steak with mushroom sauce and it was the nicest steak I had tasted for a long time ( GT Angus take note!).
My son had the childrens meal and the panfried chicken with vegetables was something I would have nearly ordered myself. Compliments to ...read more
