Perched on the edge of Lake Wendouree, this is a great place for a beer, a coffee or a meal. In the end, we had all three! The food is lovely and it's a very relaxing place place to while away the hours with friends. The menu has a good choice of dishes, so you needn't worry about this being boring pub food. The desserts are yummy!
The Lake View is a great place to take family for lunch, which is good value and delicious. Kids are catered for as you'd expect and it's a nice relaxed place to take kids and feel at ease. The meals were served quickly and were a good size and basically good pub food which is nothing spectacular but then I haven't been here for dinner for a few years so the dinner menu may be a bit more extensive as is usually the case with pubs.
